Data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account data — email address, username and a hashed password.
• Order data — services, countries and numbers you used, messages received and timestamps.
• Payment data — amounts, methods and transaction references. Card details are handled by our payment processor, never by us.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and security logs.

How we use it

We use your data to:

• Provide, secure and support the Service.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Improve reliability, stock and pricing.
• Send service emails and, with your consent, product updates.

Sharing

We share data only with providers we need to run SMSTMP — number suppliers, payment processors, hosting and email providers — under agreements that protect it. We don't sell personal data.

Retention

Messages received on activation numbers are deleted 30 days after the order closes. Account and transaction records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as required for accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, export or delete your data. Export is available in Settings → Data & privacy; for anything else email privacy@smstmp.com.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, preferences such as theme, and security. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
